Availability to work Monday to Friday (morning and afternoon shifts) as required during the school term and straight shifts during vacation care.

Your leadership will engage the passion of our Educators by providing them with guidance and coaching in exceeding practices. Your excellent communication and relationship management skills and the ability to interact with school representatives, children and their families will be key to your success. Above all, your genuine interest in supporting little and big people to grow and realise their potential will have a lasting impact.

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have a Certificate III or Diploma in childhood education
  • Have previous leadership experience
  • Have experience managing compliance and administrative requirements
  • Are a team player with a creative and energetic approach
  • Have valid compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid etc.)
