We are looking for an experienced Senior PA to join our Dispute Resolution Group within the Intellectual Property team in London. This role involves providing efficient administrative support to fee earners, helping manage their workload, and ensuring high-quality legal services for clients. You will also develop a strong understanding of client needs to consistently deliver excellent service.

About you: We are seeking an experienced personal assistant who demonstrates an excellent telephone manner and the confidence to handle routine client queries, taking appropriate action in the absence of fee earners. Strong communication, organisational, and team skills are essential, as is exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, and dependable, with a results-oriented approach. It is crucial that they can remain calm under pressure, work to tight deadlines, prioritise their workload, and confidently take the initiative. Additionally, the successful candidate should be conscientious, approachable, and enthusiastic, able to quickly build confidence, respect, and trust with others, and possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, research tools, and an adaptability to learn and use other systems implemented by the firm.
