About the role: We’re looking for an experienced Reward professional to join our HR team as a Reward Analyst in Birmingham. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of our reward and benefits programmes by providing clear, high-quality analysis, insights, and data-led recommendations. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our reward decisions are informed by market data, internal equity, and accurate reporting, while also spotting opportunities to improve processes and enhance our overall reward offering.

About you: We’re looking for a detail-driven Reward professional demonstrating strong experience in a Reward, Compensation or HR analytical role. You’ll bring strong numerical and analytical skills, with the confidence to interpret complex data and turn it into clear, meaningful insights that support business decisions. Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets, you’ll have a natural eye for detail and a real focus on accuracy. You’ll also be someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where deadlines matter.
