We have a great opportunity for an individual to join our Practice Management Systems (PMS) and Workflow team as a PMS Team Manager here in Birmingham. This role sits within our Business Information Systems team. The PMS & Workflow team provides technical expertise and support for the firm's Practice Management System (PMS), related financial systems, and key integrations.

As PMS Manager, you'll lead a team of three technical specialists, overseeing day-to-day operations, collaborating with the PMO on project delivery, and working closely with stakeholders across Business and Finance to ensure the effective running of our PMS solutions.

About you

We're looking for a confident and collaborative professional with experience leading technical teams and supporting business‐critical systems. You'll bring strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and business operations, along with hands‐on experience in application support, including system upgrades and project work. Familiarity with the Aderant stack or similar practice management and financial systems is highly desirable.

You'll be self‐motivated, organised, and adaptable—able to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with stakeholders across the organisation.

  • GBPM / low code development environments (Power Platform)
