About the role: We’re excited to offer an opportunity for an individual to join TPS as a Legal Operations Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract. As a Legal Operations Coordinator you would be required to oversee and coordinate the workflow processes within the team, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely management of administrative, financial, and operational tasks. The role includes supervising team members, providing guidance, and maintaining compliance with organisational standards. You will also be responsible for acting as a central point of leadership, ensuring seamless communication, effective task delegation, and the smooth execution of responsibilities to support overall team and organisational objectives.

About you: We’re seeking an individual who demonstrates the following:

  • Coordination and Organisational Skills: Strong ability to coordinate workflow processes, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within required timelines. Well-organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing and managing documents, data, and processes to maintain accuracy and quality.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, agents, and third parties. Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team to achieve objectives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using case management systems, online portals, and data rooms to manage workflow processes. Experience in carrying out searches using tools such as the Land Registry portal.
  • Problem-Solving and Support Skills: Proactive in identifying and addressing workflow issues and supporting team members in resolving challenges.
