You will coach, mentor and develop Conveyancers and Conveyancing Assistants, driving consistency and quality in daily delivery while handling workload in a busy environment.
You will act as the first point of escalation for technical and process queries, promote best practice and continuous improvement, and contribute to training and team resilience.
