About the role: We are looking for a Digital Learning Advisor to join our Learning & Development team based in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence how our people learn and develop in a digital-first environment. You will play a central role in designing and delivering engaging, high-quality digital learning experiences that support colleagues and strengthen capability across the firm.

About you: We’re looking for a Digital Learning professional with experience designing and developing digital learning solutions in a professional or corporate environment. You will have a strong understanding of digital learning tools, platforms, and user-centred design, alongside the ability to create engaging, practical learning that meets business needs. You will bring a collaborative approach, with the confidence to work credibly with stakeholders and subject matter experts; shaping content, providing constructive challenge, and translating complex information into clear, structured learning. With a user-centric mindset, you’ll be highly organised and able to manage competing priorities, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience. You will also be comfortable designing both structured learning and short, targeted interventions that engage time-pressured audiences. To this role, you will bring a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, alongside strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. You will also demonstrate curiosity and openness to new approaches, helping to ensure our learning remains relevant, proportionate, and effective.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with tools such as Articulate, Rise, Storyline or Adobe Captivate
  • Experience applying multimedia learning principles, online instructional design practices, and accessibility standards in the design of digital learning
  • Experience managing and reporting on digital learning content and data
  • Experience creating learning focused on professional skills such as communication, client relationships, or financial/commercial awareness
