We have a great opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Property Litigation in our Real Estate team in London. As a Paralegal within this team you will work closely with a dynamic team on a wide range of litigation cases from telecoms disputes to landlord and tenant claims, dilapidations, possession actions, and housebuilder issues. Your day-to-day will include drafting notices, managing deadlines, liaising with clients, issuing claims, filing documents, and supporting colleagues across their caseloads.

With 29 fee earners across London and Birmingham, this team is part of one of the UK's largest real estate practices serving housebuilders, pension funds, developers, and more. Led by renowned experts Clive Chalkley, Paul Barker, and Rob Bridgman, handling high-value disputes nationwide handling everything from court proceedings to mediation.

You’ll be a true team player, someone who’s highly organised, able to manage competing deadlines with confidence, and communicates clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
