CDI Associate - Commercial, Development & Investment
Gowling WLG is recruiting a qualified Associate (0-2 PQE) to join its Commercial, Development & Investment team in London. The role involves advising developers and institutional property investors on UK-wide development projects and investments.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified lawyer with 0-2 years of Post Qualified Experience (PQE).
- Specific experience in commercial investment and development Real Estate.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage caseloads under pressure.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide legal advice to developers and institutional property investors on UK-wide development projects and investments.
- Work closely with the wider team and support colleagues on complex project teams.
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other parties at all levels.
- Manage own caseload to tight deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
