We have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Personal Assistant to join our Corporate, Finance & Tax Group in our Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity in London (MAPEL) team. This role involves supporting our lawyers with day-to-day administration, client management and financial responsibilities, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
Responsibilities
- Support lawyers with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage diaries, travel arrangements and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, events and client communications.
- Assist fee earners with billing and marketing support.
- Maintain service standards and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to team development and drive client care excellence.
Qualifications
- Highly organised and proactive with strong communication skills.
- Professional telephone manner and confidence handling client queries.
- Reliable, adaptable, with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
- Excellent attention to detail, delivering high-standard work consistently.
- Calm under pressure, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Self-starter, results-oriented, taking initiative and driving tasks forward.
- Strong organisational skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using research tools and other systems.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a legal corporate team is advantageous.
