We have a great opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our Housing Development and Regeneration team within the Real Estate Group. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting fee earners by delivering high-quality secretarial and administrative assistance that enables seamless legal service delivery to clients. You will be actively involved in managing and coordinating the day-to-day workload of your fee earners, taking a proactive approach to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Support fee earners by providing high-quality secretarial and administrative assistance and ensuring seamless legal service delivery.
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day workloads, delegate tasks to support staff for document production, file management, scanning and copying.
- Understand client needs in depth and maintain a high standard of service for both fee earners and clients.
Qualifications:
- Strong IT skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and research tools.
- Ability to learn and navigate firm systems quickly.
- Confident, professional telephone manner, able to handle routine client queries independently.
- Strong communication, organisational, teamwork skills and high attention to detail.
- Practical, flexible, proactive, dependable approach to task management.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, meet tight deadlines, prioritise effectively, and take initiative.
