We have an exciting opportunity to join our Clients and Markets team in Birmingham as a Business Development (BD) Executive. This role provides direct support to several Senior Business Development Managers, contributing to business development initiatives supporting the Real Estate Group and Sector.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to Senior Business Development Managers in the Real Estate Group and Sector.
- Analyse financial data, identify trends, and highlight key insights to inform business development activities.
- Demonstrate initiative, strong organisational and project management capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with a high level of grammatical proficiency.
- Work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt flexibly to deliver high-quality outputs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in business development; proactive, collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills; proficiency in IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desirable/Advantageous
- Previous experience in law or the professional services sector.
- Interest and awareness in the tech sector.
- Experience or qualification in marketing or equivalent (advantageous but not essential).
