We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract as a Report Developer. As a Report Developer, you will support the Senior Report Developer in delivering firm-wide systems projects, including adapting and migrating existing reports to ensure compatibility with the new platform. You will also contribute to a range of project initiatives and support business-as-usual reporting activities as required. Within this role you will primarily engage with System Project Team members, with significant opportunities to collaborate across the business. This includes interaction with key support functions such as Finance, BIS, Leadership and BD, as well as all Practice teams.
About you: We are looking for an individual with strong technical expertise and experience in:
- Advanced SQL (T-SQL), with the ability to develop complex queries using CTEs, temporary tables, dynamic SQL, views, functions, stored procedures, and SQL Server Agent Jobs
- SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) or Paginated Reports, including:
- End-to-end development of RDL reports, from creating and managing shared datasets to configuring parameter expressions and delivering effective visual designs
- Managing the full report lifecycle, including deployment, folder structure design, security and permissions, subscription management (standard and data-driven), and scheduling
- Power BI Reporting
- SSIS knowledge
- Reporting: SSRS (Working knowledge), Paginated Reports (Working Knowledge)
- Platforms: SQL Server (Admin & Dev), Aderant Expert (Domain knowledge – desirable)
