Gowing Law is seeking a dedicated Administration & Post-Room Coordinator to join our team. This is a vital role that keeps the firm’s communication channels running smoothly. You will be responsible for managing the physical flow of legal documents and serving as the primary point of contact for the firm via our central switchboard. Key Responsibilities
- Switchboard Management: Handling incoming calls to the firm, ensuring a professional first impression, and accurately directing callers to the appropriate legal departments.
- Mail Operations: Managing the full lifecycle of the post, including sorting, opening, and scanning incoming mail into our digital Case Management System (CMS).
