  • Work collaboratively with Heads of Year, teaching staff and pastoral colleagues to support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs.
  • Contribute to behaviour support plans, reviews and progress monitoring.
  • Liaise with parents, carers and external agencies to ensure coordinated support for pupils.
  • Maintain accurate records using school systems and contribute to wider well-being initiatives across the school.

  • Remains calm under pressure and can use effective de-escalation strategies.
  • Is committed to inclusion, well-being and safeguarding.
  • Has experience of working with young people in a school, youth work, mentoring or pastoral setting (desirable).
  • Is keen to develop their skills through training and professional development.
What We Offer
  • A supportive and dedicated pastoral team.
  • Opportunities for professional development in restorative practice, trauma-informed approaches and behaviour support.
  • The opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people every day.
