Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide a platform for student feedback on the use and improvement of student areas and enrichment opportunities.
  2. Be a first responder to incidents or reports of conflict, using de-escalation and restorative approaches.
  3. Help students develop a sense of belonging by encouraging inclusive and representative activities across campuses.

Qualifications:

  • GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent in Maths and English qualification.
  • Experience working with students or young people in an educational or youth/community setting.
  • Experience of admin and accurate record keeping.
