Are you a consultative recruiter who thrives on building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering an exceptional candidate journey? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic team at GTR. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across the business.

You will be the go-to expert for recruitment strategy — crafting engaging job adverts, leveraging social media and direct sourcing, and advising on selection methods including assessment centres and psychometric testing. Your insight will help shape inclusive hiring practices and build diverse talent pipelines that reflect the communities we serve.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering a seamless and positive recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Advising stakeholders on attraction and selection strategies, including competency-based interviews, assessment centres, and psychometric testing.
  • Designing and running engaging assessment centres tailored to role requirements.
  • Managing the psychometric testing process, including interpretation and feedback to support selection decisions.
  • Driving innovative sourcing campaigns using digital platforms and social media.
  • Championing diversity and inclusion in every hiring decision.
  • Using data to track progress and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.

What we’re looking for:
