Now looking to recruit 2 Social Media Advisors\’ based at Three Bridges (ROC) on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract/Secondment

We are looking for someone who is able provide excellent communication via social media channels as well as working with a small group of advisors covering both Customer Care and Information to ensure excellent customer information and communication. Liaising with colleagues across the Customer Relations, Operations and Communications functions is essential to deliver a consistent and up to date message, drive advocacy, spot trends and deliver excellent customer service.
