Responsibilities
We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic individual who can:
- Ensure sufficient TrainCrew are provided to run the services on a day-to-day basis, ensuring minimal delays to trains.
- Work with a team of Resource Managers where necessary to ensure that any shortfalls are avoided by balancing resources through other provisions.
- Ensure that the Crews are kept updated in real time to reflect TrainCrews booking on, as well as actual work undertaken during shifts, including in times of disruption.
- Manage the day-to-day operations at relevant depots that will provide a safe, reliable and punctual train service meeting customer expectations.
Shift Requirements
Accessibility: 37 hour week but you must be able to work variable shifts:
- Earlies: 07:00 - 14:00
- Lates: 14:00 - 23:00
- Nights: 23:00 - 07:00
