Govia Thameslink Railway is seeking Station Assistants to deliver outstanding customer service at the station, dispatch trains, and keep the station areas clean and operational. You will be the first contact for customers, communicating changes to routes and supporting teams across shifts, including weekends and nights.
Candidates should demonstrate proactive service, strong numeracy, and the ability to work independently with local transport. Training apprenticeships may be part of the pathway.
