Purpose of the role: Provide assistance to the Infrastructure Manager in the management and co-ordination of planned preventive maintenance, reactive repair, modification and construction works relating to all Depot Infrastructure and associated plant on all Southern operated premises. To lead and motivate your team to ensure they work together safely and effectively to meet the required standards and specifications.

What we are looking for:

  • Background in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering environment.
  • NVQ level 2 or higher in Mechanical or Electrical, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience leading a team and organising workloads would be beneficial.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
