Our depots are critical to delivering safe, reliable journeys for millions of passengers—and we’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to take ownership of one of our key London locations at Selhurst.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll oversee depot infrastructure, facilities and plant, ensuring everything is maintained to the highest standards and truly fit for purpose.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading day-to-day infrastructure operations across the depot
- Managing Team Leaders, infrastructure teams and external contractors
- Ensuring compliance with all legislation, standards and GTR policies
- Delivering workload plans through the Infrastructure Asset Maintenance system
- Identifying, procuring and managing third-party maintenance contracts
- Working closely with depot stakeholders to support operational excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- Chartered professional (Building, Facilities Management or similar)
- Rail industry experience
- Minimum 5 years in a maintenance or equivalent role
- Proven experience leading or supervising teams
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Safety-focused mindset (formal safety qualification desirable, not essential)
