Responsibilities:
- Work independently and/or with other members of the maintenance team efficiently and effectively carry out repairs, maintenance and general cleaning duties across the station and depot estate.
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- Management of poster frame refurbishment/installation
- Minor vegetation work
- Deep clean works
- Unblocking of sanitary ware
- Repair and replacement of standard locks and general door mechanism maintenance
- Window maintenance
- Maintenance of handrails
- Basic carpentry repairs
- Floor lining
- Cementing patch repairs
- Gutter clearance/repair
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Plastering, tiling, flooring
- Delivery of staff welfare area improvements
- Enhancing the staff and customer environment
