We are seeking a flexible, organised and confident person to join us as a Team Administrator. We have a new opportunity in our Great Northern - Thameslink Business Support Team to work as a Team Administrator. You will be based at our offices in East-Croydon for approx 3-4 days a week, with occasional travel to other offices or depots, and the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days depending on Business needs. Reporting to the Business Support Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high quality Administrative Support to the Thameslink and Great Northern Management Teams.
- Working in partnership with other departments within TLGN and the wider business to ensure that all team activities are co-ordinated and support the overall priorities of the Business Support Team, including promoting successes and engagement with colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a busy Administrative role, in a pressure-red environment.
- Previous experience of note/minute taking at meetings and have fast, accurate typing ability (Essential).
- Strong organisational and planning skills - flexible approach with an ability to prioritise effectively.
- Highly literate in the use of MS Office, databases and performance reporting systems such as PowerBI.
- The potential to explore and interpret data thoroughly, with a high attention to detail and correctness.
- Educated to GCSE or A Level standard.
