We have a great opportunity to join the world of engineering at our Battersea depot, as an Administrator.

You will be responsiblefor assisting the Depot Admin Manger to provide an effective administration service for the all the teams within the depot, with duties to include payroll, rostering, minute taking and managing attendance.

This role will be based at the Battersea depot Monday to Friday working a 37 hour week.

  • Proactively seeks to support the teams to meet all objectives and targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to react to various situations without supervision.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Access and competent in operating enterprise systems.
  • Goodcommunication skills, both written and oral
