Electrician Location: HMP Rochester Salary: Β£40,579.20 Contract: Full Time, Permanent We are seeking a dedicated fully qualified Electrician to join our team at HMP Rochester, a CATEGORY C/YOI & Male prison.
we work MONDAY TO FRIDAY (including on call) as a supportive and driven family, working together to create a safe and nurturing environment.

We are a Ministry of Justice business and provide critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for an Electrician with a combination of:
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or Electrotechnical Services (City & Guilds/EAL), including relevant NVQs and competency assessments (AM2/AM2S).
Two years' experience working in a role as a fully qualified electrician
- Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical systems
- Good working knowledge of planned and preventive maintenance operations
