- Onboarding and implementation: walk new clients through their first 90 days, coordinate technical setup, generate first reports to the executive committee, and hand over into business-as-usual.
- Ongoing relationship: serve as the named point of contact, run weekly check-ins, quarterly reviews, AI innovation and regulatory update sessions; keep accounts healthy and senior stakeholders confident.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in consulting (Big 4 or boutique), a regulated environment.
