Overview
Estate Accounts and Scanning (EAS) Team plays a vital role within the Agency. We are responsible for managing the Agency’s bank accounts and processing of financial data related to bankruptcies, liquidations, redundancy payments, and Agency invoice payments. The Team also oversees the Agency’s central post and scanning services. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our operational team.
Responsibilities
- Process financial transaction data relating to a range of insolvency matters in line with policy and procedures.
- Manage the Agency’s bank accounts and support related financial processing.
- Oversee the Agency’s central post and scanning services.
Training and Environment
Full Training will be provided to support you in developing the knowledge and skills needed for the role. We operate in a busy, customer focused environment, working to demanding, but achievable targets.
