Benefits Management is a key function within the Portfolio Management team. This role involves developing and implementing effective benefits management procedures for all programmes and projects within DVSA. This role will be looking at the strategy over the long, medium and short‑term to support Directors, Business Change Managers (BCMs), Programme and Project Managers, colleagues across DVSA and DVSA’s ICT partners on the identification, planning, tracking and realisation of benefits, acting as the Subject Matter Expert.

- 25 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day each year of service (up to a maximum of 30 days annual leave), plus 8 bank holidays.
