Lead IR35 policy and governance across Defra and its Arm's Length Bodies, ensuring guidance, procedures, and documentation remain accurate, up to date, and compliant with legislation and HMRC requirements.

Provide expert IR35 advice and support to business areas, including commercial and recruitment teams, HR, project managers, and senior stakeholders.
