Role Overview

You will be working in a team of Enforcement professionals, supporting DVSA’s objectives. The role involves communicating with a range of people via different methods to ensure compliance with road safety standards. You will make appropriate decisions and recommendations for suitable levels of follow up. You will conduct tasks in relation to HGV and PSV schemes, the light vehicle MOT scheme and bus compliance schemes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage own workload daily and achieve REO KPIs regionally and nationally.
  • Learn, understand, and deliver REO products locally and nationally.
  • Prepare and populate case files for Examiners and the Office of the Traffic Commissioner.
  • Maintain accurate data on DVSA systems.
  • Arrange and minute meetings, conferences, and seminars.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and distribute appropriately.
