As an integral member of the Organisational Capability Group (OCG) you will work to build the skills, knowledge and capability needed to support departmental priorities and future workforce needs.
We are responsible for identifying department-wide capability requirements, designing and delivering learning and development solutions, managing talent and profession development and providing access to high-quality learning opportunities for colleagues across the department.
OCG brings together expertise in capability planning, learning design, curriculum management, leadership and management development, departement-specific learning, apprenticeships, professions, talent programmes and digital learning.
Through a combination of strategic planning, learning design, delivery and continuous improvement, OCG ensures colleagues have access to the development opportunities, professional networks and career support they need to build capability and deliver for the department.
As a Digital Learning Designer in OCG, you will join a busy and creative team responsible for enabling digital learning across the entire department, working to both consult on and design digital learning interventions. You'll also learn how to manage and administer our departmental Learning Management System and support your team lead in external supplier management.
You’ll be joining a team which uses Artificial Intelligence and other technology as a tool to help us connect, automate and uplift rather than replace or erode our creative skills or work. You’ll be encouraged to use your own innovation and design thinking as we work together to advance and evolve digital learning.
