Working as part of the PMO team you will co-ordinate the effective planning and production of high-quality reporting products for our programme and wider consumption. You will use any available information sources to ensure products fully represent the programme status and priorities.
You will support programme/project managers by ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities to provide accurate and timely information using the right tools/methods. You will ensure your own tasks are co-ordinated and carried out efficiently applying project management disciplines and tools.
You will be required to work flexibly to support wider PMO delivery. You may be required to work with internal/external stakeholders to provide secretariat support to governance and to manage audit responses.
As part of your personal development commitment you’ll maintain active involvement in the Programme / Project Management community.
