The main purpose of this role is in supplying essential equipment and support to Frontline staff across the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), which consists of over 600 properties located throughout Great Britain. The successful candidate will work as part of a team supporting Frontline staff in the delivery of services across our operational estate.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

  • The purchase of stationary, protective and corporate clothing, health and safety related goods, signage, operational tools and furniture.
  • Liaise with various internal and external suppliers.
  • The prompt payment of invoices and updating records.
  • Process invoices.
  • Raise purchase orders for goods and services being purchased.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and databases to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
