The Service Tooling team at Defra within Digital, Data, Technology and Security (DDTS) is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team with a focus on ServiceNow. As a Business Analyst you will translate business needs into smart, practical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse current processes, and identify improvements using the ServiceNow platform to make everyday processes smoother and more efficient.
