The Honours & Awards team within DCMS is seeking a senior policy lead to drive reform of the honours system. You will shape strategy, develop policy, and coordinate engagement with Ministers and senior officials across government.
You will oversee two workstreams: honours reform and the cross-government quinquennial review, and will collaborate with an HEO analyst to underpin evidence-based policy development.
