The GovPass Programme within the GPA is modernising Access Control Systems across HMG, establishing a new UK government standard for card encryption to enhance building security and interoperability through innovative technology.

The GovPass Delivery Manager (Site Delivery) plays a key role in the programme’s operation across the HMG Estate. This role involves overseeing site-specific implementations, leading the site delivery team, and working closely with the wider team to ensure technical integration, business change, communication, and training. The primary focus is to safely onboard new GovPass sites.
You will need:
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site delivery projects, keeping stakeholders engaged.
