This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and dynamic team which will introduce a Verification Assurance Officer (VAO) role within selected Jobcentre and Service Centres.
The VAO will work with Jobcentre colleagues to identify and tackle fraud on the frontline, prevent fraud entering the welfare system, and support staff with education on responsibilities.
This role requires onsite work from a Jobcentre location; hybrid and home working cannot be considered.
