Role
We are seeking a proactive and well-organised People and Development Administration Officer to join our team. You will provide support to the HR People and Development team. This is a varied and rewarding position, ideal if you enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable adapting to shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Providing recruitment support through administration of creating and posting job advertisements, effective liaison with Hiring Managers to ensure sifts and interviews are properly administered including updating of Oleoo database with scores and outcomes.
- Tracking onboarding check outcomes, ensuring that prospective staff have the right to work at the organisation, issuing contracts and managing a new starter’s experience on joining the Commission and preparing new starter Inductions.
- Process all staff rewards through the rewards portal and prepare weekly STARs meeting information.
- Inbox handling (HR and L&D)- First line resolution where possible in line with established guidance and checklists- otherwise triage to appropriate point of contact.
- Budget support- raising requisitions, processing invoices and maintaining the HR and Learning & Development budgets tracker.
