The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
As Asset Manager, you will ensure the GPA’s property portfolio in the Central Region is actively and efficiently managed to deliver the GPA’s Estate Strategy, primarily by:

Develop, maintain and analyse property data records to support the compilation of occupancy agreements, critical action plans, building asset plans and effective decision making.

Create new occupation agreements and varying of existing agreements by engagement with clients and client managers; instructing the Strategic Property Partner; review of cost estimates; creation of Heads of Terms.

Take responsibility for the Profit & Loss account for each managed building / occupancy & across the portfolio eg through ensuring billing is timely and accurate, voids are minimised, charges are dealt with appropriately

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with senior stakeholders and business representatives to understand and assist with the development of their requirements, and how these can be best accommodated within the overall aims and objectives of the GPA

Lead day to day and (if required) strategic liaison and performance monitoring of the Property Partner

Deputise for senior members of the team when required

Line manage, mentor and support other members of the immediate and wider team if required. This may include supporting apprentices, fast streamers and APC candidates through their qualification routes., * Ensuring maintenance of accurate property data & records through use of Horizon & in house documentation eg Critical Action Plans

Provide appropriate reports as and when required

Ensure Clients are kept informed of changes to occupancy information

Liaise with and, if appropriate, instruct property & legal partners to act on behalf of GPA

Produce & present reports for a variety of senior Clients and stakeholders as and when required

Check, raise and monitor Purchase Orders for the portfolio in an accurate and timely manner

Act as first point of contact for all general property queries relating to the portfolio
