The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

You will receive and handle all initial Children and Families Services contacts and referrals entering the Front Door team. This will be via telephone or written communication/email and you will be required to obtain and record the information accurately on the children's social care record system, in a timely manner.

You will support the team in recognising and prioritising the most vulnerable and at risk children and families, recommending appropriate advice and action and escalating to social workers and managers, as necessary.

As part of your role you will ensure all contacts are sign posted to or transferred to the appropriate service or person for action. You will support the Front Door team in practical tasks to ensure the safeguarding of children and families.
