As a Human Resources Casework Advisor, you will be a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing expert advice across a wide range of HR matters while ensuring best practice and full compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
Providing specialist HR advice on complex casework including:
- Disciplinary and grievance matters
- Absence management and capability
- Recruitment and selection
- Performance management
- Organisational change and workforce planning
Supporting and advising managers at all levels, including up to Directors. Designing and delivering engaging training sessions on key HR topics.
You will be an experienced and confident HR professional who:
- Has a strong background in employee relations casework
- Can build effective relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicates clearly and provides pragmatic, solution-focused advice
- Is comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving service area
- Has the ability to influence and challenge constructively
