As part of this exciting opportunity we are looking for enthusiastic, flexible and committed individuals to be part of the Waste & Recycling teams to help maintain an effective and efficient service approach throughout the Borough of Redcar & Cleveland.
Hours of work are 9.25 hours per day between 07:00 and 16:45, Tuesday - Friday.
Working within the Waste Services team you will be responsible for:
- the safe vehicular passage of your assigned HGV
- safe daily operation of your crew
- ensuring daily zonal clearance
- communicating effectively with your colleagues and management regularly
- daily vehicle checks
- strict following of Health & Safety and drivers hours compliance
Individuals need to be committed to delivering coordinated, quality, Waste & Recycling Services throughout all its service delivery options.
