Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of care-experienced young people? Do you want to empower and support them on their journey to independence? Are you skilled at connecting and communicating with young people in a meaningful way? We're looking to recruit a dedicated Personal Advisor to join our team supporting care‑experienced young people.

Our service is committed to continuous improvement and excellence, and we're seeking someone energetic, positive, and solution‑oriented to work alongside our young people and help them thrive. We are looking for an experienced team member who can show commitment, empathy, and transferable skills like problem‑solving, risk awareness, excellent communication, record keeping, and being a strong team player.

In this role, you'll work closely with young people aged 17 to 25, both those currently in care and those transitioning out. You'll manage a caseload, build trusting and supportive relationships, and guide them as they navigate the challenges of becoming independent adults. Your work will be crucial in helping them achieve positive outcomes across all areas of their lives.
