Our status as one of the UK’s fastest growing towns is driving transformational change across our organisation, most significantly within our highly valued Adults’ Services teams., We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Provider Oversight and Relationship Manager to join our Adult Commissioning Team to oversee and manage the quality and performance of the provider market across all services commissioned by adult social care from Homecare, to residential and nursing care, to the Voluntary and Community sector.
This role demands a strong understanding of Adult Social Care Services, quality management and contract management principles. The post holder will champion and direct staff to engage and implement the Adult Social Care strategy.
The successful candidate must be able to:

About the service you will be joining
You will be joining our Commissioning team within our Commissioning, Improvement and Assurance service. You will be working with like-minded, hard-working and passionate people who are excited to have someone new joining us to deliver on our Adult Services Strategy and our emerging Commissioning Strategy, due for publication in early 2025.
