The predicted salary is between 25650 - 31350 £ per year.
In this role, you'll work closely with separated migrant care experienced young people aged 17 to 25, supporting them as they move towards adulthood and independence.
Many of the young people you will work with have arrived in the UK without parents or carers and may be adjusting to a new culture, language, education system, and community, whilst also navigating immigration processes.
You will manage a caseload of young people, providing practical and emotional support, promoting their voice and aspirations, and helping them access opportunities in education, employment, training, health, housing, and community integration.
Working alongside partner agencies, you will play a vital role in ensuring young people feel safe, supported, and empowered to achieve positive outcomes.
