The predicted salary is between 30000 - 48000 £ per year.
You will work with schools, businesses and communities to promote and encourage more walking, cycling and public transport across County Durham. We are looking for someone who is aware of current transport issues and is interested in behaviour change through the promotion of active and sustainable travel.
You will have experience in travel planning, co-ordinating and delivering initiatives and campaigns, marketing and communication and engaging with stakeholders.
We offer a competitive rewards package that includes attractive salaries, a generous annual leave entitlement of 27 days (rising to 32 after five years' continuous local government service), membership of the excellent contributory career average Local Government Pension Scheme, and a range of flexible working arrangements including hybrid working (home and office) where applicable.
