Summary
This role is required to assist all Engineering & Building Trade staff in their day to day activities to allow them to undertake the: installation, commissioning, maintenance, service and repair of all engineering & building related building fabric, equipment and installations at properties maintained by CHoICE Facilities Services. Furthermore the role will require the completion of minor defects and maintenance associated tasks linked to building and engineering works as instructed and participation in the rolling Maintenance Assistant shift pattern. PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FULL DUTIES OF THE ROLE Please note the Trust are not able to offer Skilled Worker Sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the UKVI threshold requirements.
