As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers across the High Peak and Staffordshire Moorlands by dealing with a wide range of customer enquires for all Council services via a variety of access channels (contact centre, face to face, email and correspondence).
The successful candidate will have call centre experience along with experience of delivering high quality customer service to internal and external customers with excellent communication skills and good IT experience of Microsoft packages.
