We are excited to announce the opportunity to appoint a new headteacher to lead our wonderful, friendly village school with 63 pupils on roll. This is a rare opportunity to lead a thriving, high-performing rural school with a strong sense of community, supportive governors, and the chance to combine strategic leadership with hands-on educational impact.

The Governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader who shares our vision of being a kind, inclusive and a caring Christian community, and has ambition and warmth to build on many successes of our school. Halton Holegate Church of England Primary school, situated near Spilsby, is a welcoming and nurturing school, rated ‘Good’ in all areas by Ofsted (January 24). We benefit from talented and dedicated staff, enthusiastic and well-behaved pupils, who consistently achieve incredible results.
